"I placed my order online & received a message indicating that I would be contacted either by phone or e-mail in order to secure my credit card information. I did, in fact, receive a phone call & a message was left for me to call back. I attempted to reach the store on three different occasions, calling the number that had been left for me. Each time the phone rang & rang - there was no answer, nor was there any way for me to leave a message. I have now ordered the items I was after via an alternative source. I will point out that this was a substantial order that I had hoped to give to a local retailer."
